Continuous Charcoal Production System
Integrated system for continuous charcoal production . This system is considered as a development for the innovated charcoal kilns. It increases productivity several times and utilizes generated heat efficiently to reduce operation cost. It comprises a number of mobile carbonization containers moved by an overhead crane and placed in the vertical kiln for carbonization and removed after full carbonization for cooling in open air New charged container with agro-waste is moved by the overhead crane to be placed inside the kiln, and so on.
The vertical kiln is equipped with walking platform having a protecting fence and a ladder for the worker to help in letting in & out of the carbonization containers using the overhead crane.
